Llagostera edge Barcelona B

Llagostera secure a 1-0 win against Barcelona B in Sunday afternoon's Segunda Division clash at the Nou Estadi Municipal de Palamos.

Llagostera have secured a 1-0 win over Barcelona B in this afternoon's Segunda Division clash at the Nou Estadi Municipal de Palamos.

The hosts took the lead in the 11th minute when an effort from David Querol was bundled into the Blaugrana net by goalkeeper Jose Suarez.

Just a few minutes later, Ruyman had the ball in the back of the Barca net again, but the referee disallowed the effort for offside.

Jose Rios struck the post directly from a corner in the 20th minute as the Blaugrana found themselves under siege.

Lluis Carrillo's charges were never in any danger of conceding the game, although they did see Rios and Munir El Haddadi sent off in injury time for second bookings.

The result is the third consecutive win for the hosts.
