Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans has brushed off transfer speculation that has linked him with a move to Liverpool.
The Reds are on the search for Georginio Wijnaldum's replacement, after the Dutch international completed a move to Paris Saint-Germain, and Tielemans is reportedly of interest to Jurgen Klopp.
Tielemans enjoyed his highest-scoring season with Brendan Rodgers's side during the 2020-21 campaign, when he found the back of the net on six occasions, including an FA Cup-winning strike against Chelsea.
Currently the 24-year-old is on international duty with Belgium and he addressed any transfer rumours in a pre-match conference: "That's really none of my business right now. Let the journalists speak. They undoubtedly have a lot to do with that.
"But I don't care about that. All I can do is make sure that I am as good as possible on the pitch. I don't think about it. I am focusing on the Euros.
"I don't listen to transfer rumours. No matter how much I am valued, it doesn't change anything for me. I just want to make the best Euros I can."
Tielemans arrived at the King Power in 2019 and has gone on to score 17 goals and provide 19 assists in 108 appearances for the club.
