Roma win DeAndre Yedlin race?

Speculation in Italy claims that Roma are to sign reported Liverpool transfer target DeAndre Yedlin.

USA international DeAndre Yedlin has reportedly agreed a switch to Italian outfit Roma.

Speculation over the weekend had suggested that Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers had offered the Seattle Sounders right-back a trial ahead of the new Premier League season.

However, the 20-year-old has instead opted to continue his career in Serie A with Rudi Garcia's side, according to Corriere dello Sport.

It is believed that the defender will not link up with the Giallorossi straight away, but will remain with the Sounders until either January or next summer's transfer window.
