Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly had a £12m bid for striker Danny Ings accepted by Burnley.
The 22-year-old confirmed after the Clarets' final-day victory over Aston Villa last weekend that he intends to leave the club this summer.
Liverpool and Real Sociedad were thought to be closely tracking the 22-year-old, but The Telegraph claims that Spurs have reached an agreement with Burnley over a proposed fee.
However, the same report suggests that Ings is still deliberating over his future, with Anfield thought to be a preferred destination.
Should the England Under-21s international join Spanish side Sociedad, now managed by David Moyes, then his transfer sum would be around £250,000, although a tribunal hearing may be required should he decide to join Liverpool.
