Danny Ings is reportedly not ruling out a free transfer to Newcastle United when his contract at Burnley expires this summer.
The 22-year-old forward has been heavily linked with Liverpool and La Liga side Real Sociedad, but it appears that the Magpies are also keen.
According to The Chronicle, Ings is taking Newcastle's interest seriously and will make a final decision regarding his new destination once the Premier League campaign comes to an end.
The North-East outfit are said to be offering first-team football to Ings, who will reportedly base his decision on playing reasons as well as financial, but the club will miss out if they get relegated to the Championship.
John Carver's side are currently two points above third-from-bottom Hull City with just one game left to play.
