Nuri Sahin backs Brendan Rodgers for Liverpool success

Liverpool midfielder Nuri Sahin backs his manager Brendan Rodgers to achieve success with the Reds this season.

Liverpool midfielder Nuri Sahin is confident that manager Brendan Rodgers will turn around the club's fortunes if given time.

The Reds have made a disappointing start to the season, having picked up just two points from five Premier League games so far.

"The manager has a philosophy," he is quoted as saying in The Sun.

"If the club and the supporters give him time, success will come."

Liverpool are at Norwich City in the Premier League on Saturday.
