Leicester City keen on Lokomotiv Moscow defender Solomon Kvirkvelia?

Leicester City are reportedly looking to sign Lokomotiv Moscow defender Solomon Kvirkvelia before the end of the summer transfer window.

Leicester City have reportedly identified Lokomotiv Moscow defender Solomon Kvirkvelia as a potential transfer target.

Manager Claude Puel is keen to strengthen at the back this summer, and Ricardo Pereira and Jonny Evans have already been signed from Porto and West Bromwich Albion respectively.

According to The Mirror, Puel still wants to add another centre-back and the Foxes are said to be looking to sign Georgia international Kvirkvelia.

The 26-year-old has just helped Lokomotiv to the Russian title, with two goals being scored in 29 appearances in the league.

Lokomotiv will likely demand a big price to agree to a transfer, with Kvirkvelia still having three years remaining on his contract.
