Neil Warnock has admitted that he is 'excited' to be back in football after taking charge of Leeds United.
Warnock was dismissed as Queens Park Rangers boss in January, and took the reins at Elland Road following Simon Grayson's sacking earlier this month.
"It is exciting to be back and it is even more so to be at a genuine, big club like Leeds United. I've spoken to three or four clubs in the last 10 days and I've been really pleased with being wanted," Warnock wrote in The Independent.
"Leeds was the one that I listened to a lot and I saw the fans' forums. They seemed to be united that they wanted me."
Leeds currently sit 10th in the Championship, three points outside the play-offs.
