A late Samuel Byram header ensures that Leeds enter half-time level with Bolton in their Championship match this evening.

Leeds United scored a late goal to go into half-time all square with Bolton Wanderers at the Reebok Stadium this evening.

The first chance of the match fell to the home side when Chris Eagles cut in from the left before firing in a shot that stung the palms of Paddy Kenny.

Bolton were ahead just three minutes later courtesy of a Kevin Davies header from six yards out, the striker being found by Eagles's corner.

Owen Coyle's men continued to push forward and almost got a second in as many minutes when first Kenny saved from Keith Andrews and then Eagles saw his shot bounce back off the post.

Benik Ofobe was the next man to come close for the hosts after sneaking behind the Leeds defence before prodding his effort narrowly wide.

The visitors got their equaliser right on the stroke of half-time when Samuel Byram glanced El-Hadji Diouf's free kick in to make it 1-1.
