Monaco striker Lacina Traore has been left out of the Ivory Coast squad for this summer's World Cup.
The 24-year-old, who had a spell on loan at Everton last season, was included in their provisional squad, but he is not included in manager Sabri Lamouchi's plans for the tournament in Brazil.
CSKA Moscow forward Seydou Doumbia was also omitted from their final 23-man squad, despite ending the season as the top goalscorer in the Russian Premier League.
Captain Didier Drogba, Wilfried Bony, Gervinho, Giovanni Sio and Mathis Bolly are the five forwards that have been picked for the tournament.
Despite suffering from malaria, Liverpool defender Kolo Toure has also been included, alongside his brother Yaya Toure.
The Ivory Coast will face Colombia, Greece and Japan in Group C at the World Cup, with their tournament beginning with a clash against the Japanese on June 14.
