Charlie Austin will make his first start in more than a month for Queens Park Rangers as they take on Derby County at the iPro Stadium.
The forward, who appeared as a second-half substitute during Friday's 1-0 defeat to Brentford, has been deemed fit enough to be named as one of four changes made by Chris Ramsey.
James Perch has come in for the injured Clint Hill in defence, while Tjaronn Chery and Massimo Luongo have made way for Alejandro Faurlin and Yun Suk-young further forward.
Derby County manager Paul Clement has been forced into one change, as Jeff Hendrick replaces the suspended George Thorne in central midfield.
