Rotherham United boss Neil Redfearn has slammed his side's display in their 3-0 defeat to Derby County at the iPro Stadium.
The Millers went behind in the seventh minute when Andreas Weimann handed the home side the lead, while Jacob Butterfield doubled the Rams' advantage on the stroke of half time.
Rotherham's hopes of getting back into the game were ended as Richard Keogh found the net in the 76th minute to secure the win for Paul Clement's men.
Redfearn told BBC Sport: "That was not acceptable. I accept the odd mistake now and again but not the lack of work-rate and wanting to win and that was apparent today.
"Players have got to take responsibility. You put a game plan together and they go out there, it's up to the players to take the bull by the horns, and once we let them get in their stride we never laid a glove on them and that is really disappointing.
"They were worthy 3-0 winners to be honest. We have got a lot of work to do, we have got to bring some players in, that's a fact."
The result leaves Rotherham bottom of the Championship.
