Crystal Palace striker Cameron Jerome has praised the instant impact that new manager Tony Pulis has had on the Premier League strugglers.
The Eagles are now in the relegation zone only on goal difference thanks to two wins from Pulis's first three games in charge.
Despite a reported rift between the pair when they worked together at Stoke City, Jerome admits that the Welshman is having a positive effect on the squad.
"Tony's come in, he's had a big impact, the boys have responded well to him and we're getting good results now," the forward told the club's official website.
"From a personal point of view and the team's point of view, it's magnificent that someone like that has come in."
Palace continue their Premier League campaign on Saturday when they face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
