Brendan Rodgers has acknowledged that Leicester City will 'look to get the best price' if they receive any offers for Ben Chilwell.
Over the past three months, Chelsea and Manchester City have been strongly linked with a summer approach for the England international, who is allegedly valued in the region of £80m.
Although any interested club will inevitably look to sign the left-back for a lower price, Rodgers has dismissed the possibility of the 23-year-old leaving the King Power Stadium for anything less than his valuation.
Speaking at a press conference, Rodgers said: "At this club we're pretty relaxed on that side, we've got good experience of situations where so-called bigger clubs will come in.
"We will always fight to keep the players here but, if they're not going to be here, the club will get the best price for the player, it's as simple as that. We're aware that while there are good players here, that will be of interest to teams who have more money than ourselves. We're not naive, but we don't lose sleep worrying over it.
"We have to continue with our work after have a pipeline in place, where if you lose one you have the next player in. This happens to the biggest clubs in the world. So, a club like ourselves, of course it may happen, it's the reality of where we're at."
Chilwell still has four years left on his contract.
