Belgium international Michy Batshuayi will reportedly be remaining with Chelsea until at least the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
The 26-year-old has scored seven times in 19 appearances for the Blues during the current season but has struggled to earn starts under new head coach Frank Lampard.
The striker has actually not made the starting XI for a single Premier League match this term, with each of his 12 outings in England's top tier coming from the bench.
According to football.london, despite finding it difficult to force his way into Lampard's selection, Batshuayi will not look to leave Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window.
The report claims that the Belgian will instead stay for the remainder of the season before considering his options during next summer's transfer window.
Batshuayi could be forced further down the pecking order next month, though, with Chelsea, having had their transfer ban overturned, expected to enter the market for a new striker.
