Kylian Mbappe has urged Paris Saint-Germain to sign France international teammate N'Golo Kante as the Chelsea midfielder would 'suit the team perfectly'.
Kante has been seen as the best defensive midfielder in the Premier League for the past two seasons and has also impressed in an inconsistent campaign for the Blues this time around.
PSG are once again looking to recruit a star name in the summer window, despite the threat of Financial Fair Play restrictions, having failed in their mission to compete for the Champions League trophy.
Mbappe, who will officially become the world's second most expensive player behind Neymar next month, wants to see Kante brought in to strengthen the Ligue 1 champions' midfield.
Asked by beIN Sports which player he would like to see join, the French striker said: "Kante, in terms of our needs and also the quality of the player.
"I think he's a player who'd suit our team perfectly. He's French, and bringing a Frenchman back would be good as far as the attractiveness of our league is concerned.
"I think all the French love N'Golo Kante, and it would be a pleasure to see him again in our league."
Unai Emery announced last week that he is to step down as PSG boss in the summer, with Thomas Tuchel favourite to succeed him in the Parc des Princes hotseat.
