Dinamo Zagreb teenager Ante Coric has claimed that he has rejected interest from both Real Madrid and Chelsea to remain at his current club.
The 18-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to Los Blancos in recent weeks, with a report last month claiming that the Spanish giants had sent scouts to monitor the midfielder's recent performances.
Coric is currently contracted to Dinamo until 2020, however, and he has insisted that his immediate future is in Croatia.
"I am very happy that Chelsea and Real Madrid want me but I know I wouldn't play there," he told 24sata. "They would send me out on loan, perhaps to a lesser club or a lesser league. So I know staying is the best decision."
The teenager became the youngest goalscorer in Europa League history last season when he netted against Astra Giurgiu at the age of 17 and 157 days.
