Bolton Wanderers close to loan deals for two targets?

Bolton Wanderers are reportedly close to completing deals to sign both Islam Feruz and Paddy McCarthy on loan.

Bolton Wanderers have moved a step closer to bringing two players to the club on loan, according to reports.

The Bolton News claims that the club have been locked in negotiations with Crystal Palace over a deal for Paddy McCarthy, and the Trotters are believed to be hopeful of announcing his arrival on Monday.

If a deal is agreed with the Eagles, the defender could be in contention to make his Bolton debut against Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday night.

However, Bolton are eager to conclude more than one deal, with Chelsea youngster Islam Feruz reported to be a target for Neil Lennon.

The 19-year-old striker joined Blackpool on loan in January, but returned to Chelsea last week after making just two appearances for the Championship's bottom side.
