Paris Saint-Germain manager Laurent Blanc has admitted defeat in his pursuit to sign Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard.
The Belgian international is highly regarded by Blanc and many believed that a huge bid would be forthcoming.
However, Blanc says that he does not believe Chelsea will want to sell the 23-year old.
He told RMC Brazil: "Hazard is a top player, but I think Chelsea want to keep him.
"A lot of players are going to be mentioned, but we have already got our priority, David Luiz.
"We're going to wait a bit before making any more signings. Be patient."
Hazard joined Chelsea from Lille in 2012 for a reported £32m.
