Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Sevilla

Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their Champions League clash with Sevilla on Wednesday evening.

Chelsea make the trip to Sevilla in the Champions League on Wednesday evening with their place in the last 16 of the competition already assured.

The Blues beat Rennes 2-1 last week to complete the job with two games to spare and are now battling with Sevilla for top spot in Group E.

Frank Lampard's side head into the match on the back of a goalless draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, making it 11 games without defeat in all competitions.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their clash with Sevilla at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

Ben Chilwell

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: December 2 (vs. Sevilla)

Chilwell rolled his right ankle in the Tottenham stalemate and appeared to be in a fair bit of pain. The full-back was able to complete the game and later revealed the problem is nothing serious, but Lampard is unlikely to take any risks on Wednesday.

CHELSEA'S SUSPENSION LIST

As well as having near enough a clean bill of health, Chelsea also have no players suspended for this midweek clash.
