Sean Dyche: 'Burnley will continue to work hard'

Burnley manager Sean Dyche maintains that his side will "continue to work hard" as they go in search of their first Premier League victory.

Sean Dyche has admitted that Burnley face a "really tough challenge" to remain in the Premier League this season, but maintains that his side will continue to battle away.

The Clarets suffered a 3-1 defeat against Everton earlier today to remain winless in nine matches following promotion to the top flight.

Everton's cutting edge up front proved to be the difference at Turf Moor, an area in which Dyche admits his side must improve if they are to achieve their aim of survival.

"Samuel Eto'o is a player who has been doing it for many, many years; fantastic player and they bought Lukaku so they have that kind of edge and we're still finding that, we're looking to find that and we have to find that," Dyche is quoted as saying by ESPN.

"There were some good moments for us generally but we're not naive, we know this is a really tough challenge and a tough league and we know we're going to have to continue working week in week out against some things that don't go for us."

Next up for Burnley is a trip to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
