Teenage midfielder Tom Fry has signed a scholarship contract at Bristol City.
Fry, who celebrates his 16th birthday today, has been on the books at Ashton Gate since he was 12.
He will join the club on a full-time basis once his school education is complete in July.
Head of youth development David Horseman told the club's official website: "Tom is a clever central midfield player who is very good on the ball and makes smart decisions in tight situations.
"He likes to pass around corners and collect the ball off the back, and has really worked on his closing down and tracking of runners.
"Tom has showed excellent mental strength after a couple of operations and really earned his contract."
Fry will link up with the Robins' Under-18 side next season.
