Bristol City boss Steve Cotterill has been named among the nominees for January's Manager of the Month award in League One.
Despite playing just two league games last month due to their commitments in the FA Cup and Johnstone's Paint Trophy, Cotterill oversaw two convincing wins for promotion hopefuls City.
Karl Robinson of MK Dons takes his place on the shortlist after the Dons moved to the top of the standings thanks to a run of five games unbeaten.
Meanwhile, Rochdale's Keith Hill is also nominated as the Dale took seven points from a possible nine to keep them in playoff contention.
Completing the list of candidates is Oldham Athletic manager Lee Johnson, who diverted attention away from the furore surrounding the club's pursuit of Ched Evans to help the Latics keep up their promotion push with two wins and a draw from four matches.
The winner of the award will be announced on Friday.
