Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Jake Forster-Caskey has agreed to join Championship newcomers MK Dons on a short-term loan.
The 21-year-old will stay with the Dons until October 24, when the Buckinghamshire club play Queens Park Rangers.
However, manager Karl Robinson is confident that Forster-Caskey will bring quality to their squad during his brief stay.
He told the club's official website: "To have played for England at all youth levels and plenty of times in the Championship, it shows what a quality player he is.
"Keith Andrews and Matt Upson played with him at Brighton so we weren't going in blind, plus he's got Championship experience and came within our wage structure.
"Jake will bring tremendous footballing ability to the group - he's a very talented individual."
Forster-Caskey's arrival at stadium:mk follows that of Nicky Maynard, who has joined the club until the end of the season.
