Bolton Wanderers midfielder Keith Andrews has joined former club MK Dons on loan until the end of the season.
The 34-year-old saw his loan spell at Watford terminated on the evening of the final day of the transfer window, but in the space of an hour, the League One outfit confirmed the capture of their ex-captain.
Dons manager Karl Robinson told the club's official website: "[Keith] is a person I admire both on and off the field and his ability to motivate and drive everybody around him is unrivalled. He will be an unbelievable asset to us.
"I'd like to thank all parties involved in allowing this to happen. It's a deal that has taken longer than any of us would have liked but thankfully, with hours remaining before the deadline, we've been able to get our man."
Andrews scored 21 goals in 87 appearances during his first stint with the Dons.
