An eight-year-old fan evaded security as he ran to meet his Brazilian footballing hero David Luiz during a training session.

Daniel Jr ran onto the pitch where the host nation were training only to be embraced by the former Chelsea defender, which led to the young fan bursting into tears of joy.

David Luiz acted generously as he gave his training top to Daniel Jr and signed it for the visibly emotional youngster.

This isn't the first incidence of a Brazilian fan invading the pitch to meet their hero as Neymar protected a young fan from security after they had invaded the pitch back in March.
