Preview: Bournemouth vs. Derby County

Sports Mole previews this weekend's Championship clash between Bournemouth and Derby County.

With the international break over, Championship club Bournemouth are preparing to host Derby County at the Goldsands Stadium on Saturday.

Manager Eddie Howe has not guided his team to a victory since a 5-2 result against Millwall on October 5.

However, they will head into this weekend's encounter after taking points off league leaders Burnley due to a 1-1 draw, which was close to going the Cherries' way before a late strike from Danny Ings.

The former League One side currently sit 14th in the table, while Saturday's opponents Derby reside just two points away from the playoff places in the standings.

Steve McLaren witnessed his side secure a 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday at Pride Park before the international break.

The Rams, who have lost just one in their last six encounters, have recorded two defeats in their seven games on the road, while Bournemouth have won four of their seven home matches.
