Preview: Birmingham City vs. Leicester City

Sports Mole previews Saturday's Championship clash between Birmingham City and Leicester City.

Birmingham City continue to struggle just outside the relegation places with their win at Brighton at the end of September their only points from the previous four fixtures.

Leicester City, however, have hit a fine run of form. Since defeat at Wolverhampton Wanderers a month ago, they have won five in a row and have moved up to second in the Championship.

Although Lee Clark's side have struggled with goals recently, with just two in four games, the manager is likely to stick with Leroy Lita up front with Wade Elliott controlling the play in behind. Stephen Carr remains a long-term absentee.

Nigel Pearson will probably remain reluctant to change his winning side, with Jamie Vardy and David Nugent expected to lead the line once more. Paul Konchesky picked up a knock in the 2-0 win against Bristol City but he is likely to recover to start.
