Pep Guardiola has lavished his Bayern Munich players with praise after they thrashed Porto 6-1 to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Bayern effectively ended the tie by scoring five unanswered goals in the first half, and despite revealing his delight with the response to last week's 3-1 loss in Portugal, Guardiola refused to call it a perfect performance.
"At this moment, it's easy to love my players," the Spaniard told reporters. "We played very differently to the first leg.
"We couldn't have achieved what we have without a fight. Many thanks to my players: they have made me very happy.
"No, it wasn't perfect. It could have been better. Julen Lopetegui made changes at the break and it was dangerous in the second half."
Bayern are still in the hunt for a treble as they edge closer to clinching the Bundesliga title and prepare for next week's DFB-Pokal semi-final against Borussia Dortmund.
