Marc Bartra is open to leaving Barcelona this summer in search for more game time, according to his agent.
Premier League clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Manchester City are said to be interested in the defender.
Bartra's agent, Javier Magico Diaz, revealed that the player's buyout fee has reduced to €12m (£8.5m) after not playing enough matches.
Diaz told FCInternews.it: "Marc is very happy here, but if there's interest from a club where he can play more, we'll listen and decide.
"His buyout fee dropped to €12m, because he didn't play enough, but that's only until July 1, then it's up to €30m again."
Bayern Munich are also rumoured to be keen on the 24-year-old.
