Neymar to make first start against Atletico Madrid?

Neymar could make his first start for Barcelona in the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.

Brazilian striker Neymar could make his first start for Barcelona in the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.

The 21-year-old, who joined the club from Santos in the summer, has not yet featured from the beginning for the Spanish champions, but boss Gerardo Martino has suggested that the attacker could start against the capital outfit at the Camp Nou.

"I don't know how much time is left. What I do believe is that mentally he is ready and we will decide on the right moment," Martino told reporters at a press conference.

"The good thing is that he plays half an hour and in that half an hour he always does something positive for the team."

Lionel Messi is also expected to return from a groin injury.
