Gerardo Martino unhappy despite Barcelona win

Gerardo Martino says that he was unimpressed with Barcelona's performance despite beating Malaga on Sunday.

Barcelona manager Gerardo Martino has expressed his disappointment with his side's display despite beating Malaga on Sunday.

The La Liga champions picked up a 1-0 win over the South coast side thanks to a wonder goal from Adriano at the Estadio La Rosaleda.

However, Martino is unhappy with the way his side performed and wants the Catalan outfit to improve.

"Today Barcelona started well but we were worse as the game went on," Martino told reporters.

"We lacked some effectiveness and chances for all of the possession we had.

"Until the 25th minute of the second half, we had complete control - only at the end did we not have the ball and they had two very good chances."

Barca currently sit top of La Liga on goal difference.
