Real Madrid 'ready to sell James Rodriguez'

Real Madrid are reportedly willing to part ways with midfielder James Rodriguez, whose contract at the Bernabeu is set to expire next summer.

Real Madrid are reportedly willing to part ways with midfielder James Rodriguez.

The Colombia international has registered 37 goals in 124 games for Los Blancos since arriving from Monaco in 2014 but has struggled for game time during an injury-hit 2019-20 campaign.

The 28-year-old has only managed seven league outings this term, and has been strongly linked with a switch to the Premier League in recent weeks.

According to reports in Spain, the midfielder is no longer part of Zinedine Zidane's plans at the Bernabeu, and the Spanish giants are reportedly open to offers for Rodriguez in the summer.

Arsenal, Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers have all been credited with an interest in the former Porto man, who returned to the Spanish capital last summer after a two-year loan spell at Bayern Munich.

Rodriguez's current deal at Real is set to expire at the end of the 2020-21 season.
