Arsenal 'in talks with Juventus right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner'

Stephan Lichtsteiner is reportedly in talks with Arsenal over a move to the Premier League club this summer.

Arsenal are reportedly in talks with Juventus right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner over a potential move to the club.

The Switzerland captain's contract at the Italian outfit runs out this summer, and Sky Sports News reports that new Arsenal boss Unai Emery is interested in bringing the defender to North London.

Lichtsteiner has played for the Serie A champions for seven years, with seven Scudettos, four Coppas Italia and three Italian Super Cups to his name.

The 34-year-old will lead Switzerland in the World Cup this summer, taking his total international caps to over 100.

Juventus have been linked with a move for current Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin as a replacement for Lichtsteiner.
