Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has told his side to believe in themselves during a special meeting at the club's training ground, according to reports.
The Frenchman is understood to have called his team together in an attempt to boost morale after the side's defeat to Manchester United meant that the club are still without a Premier League win in 2012.
However, he is said to have told his men to not concern themselves with criticism from fans or experts and insisted that he has faith in the entire side to go on a winning run, according to The Sun.
Arsenal are next scheduled to face Aston Villa in the fourth round of the FA Cup this weekend.
