Real Madrid Castilla win second game in a row

A penalty from Omar is enough for Real Madrid Castilla to win their second game of the season in the Spanish Segunda Division.

Real Madrid Castilla have edged out Alavas by a single goal to record their second win of the season in the Spanish Segunda Division.

A penalty from Omar was all that was needed at the Alberto di Stefano Stadium, and although Alberto Toril's men remain bottom, they now move within seven points of safety.

The 20-year-old midfielder deceived goalkeeper Inaki Goitia with a Panenka chip after the referee had pointed to the spot in the 34th minute.

Castilla won their first match of the season only last week against Lugo, and three points today take their total to seven after 13 games.
