Preston North End boss Simon Grayson has admitted his relief after seeing his side earn a late draw with Doncaster Rovers.
The Lilywhites moved into the automatic promotion places in the League One table last night as a stoppage-time goal from Jermaine Beckford secured them a point at Deepdale.
While suggesting that he is disappointed not to have claimed the three points, Grayson is pleased that his team fought back to avoid defeat.
"We would have loved to have won the game, but these were difficult conditions," he told Sky Sports News. "However, we kept going, showed a lot of desire and obviously we're very relieved to score late on."
Preston are back in action on Saturday when they make the trip to promotion rivals MK Dons.
