Achille Campion signs permanent Port Vale deal

French striker Achille Campion signs an 18-month contract with League One outfit Port Vale.

Port Vale have tied Achille Campion down to a permanent contract.

The 24-year-old arrived at Vale Park in September on a loan deal from Swedish club Norrby IF.

He has only made two appearances for the League One outfit since then, but he has done enough to earn himself an 18-month deal, which will come into force on January 2.

"Campion has been on loan and has showed that he has an eye for goal in the reserve games that he has played. The plan now is to develop him into an asset for Port Vale," said manager Rob Page.

Campion has joined Vale for an undisclosed fee.
