Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel has revealed his admiration for Manchester United.
The 26-year-old, who cost his Russian employers £34m in 2012, has long been linked with a switch to the Premier League.
Speaking about the chances of him one day moving to England, the 26-year-old refused to rule out the possibility, with United potentially his ideal destination.
"It's true that I like the Premier League, because it is one of the best league's in the world, for me, together with Germany and Spain. It is a very good league, it is a crazy league," he told Bleacher Report.
"A lot of my colleagues play there, but we will see. I am still young, only 26. We'll see in the future. I have always liked Manchester United from when I was young."
Witsel has scored four goals in his 21 appearances for Zenit this season.
