Premier League Goal of the Week - Alexis Mac Allister, Ivan Toney, Philip Billing

Sports Mole selects the pick of the goals from gameweek six of the Premier League season, with Alexis Mac Allister, Ivan Toney and Philip Billing all scoring stunning long-rangers.

The goals rained in from all angles and in all styles on gameweek six of the Premier League season - 32 in total across the 10 games.

While things kicked off with a 0-0 Merseyside derby, the goals soon began to flow and the gameweek contained two separate 5-2 scorelines as Brentford thrashed Leeds United and Brighton & Hove Albion piled more misery on Leicester City.

Here, Sports Mole selects the pick of the bunch from this weekend's fixtures, with Brighton's Alexis Mac Allister claiming top spot for his stunning free kick to cap off the scoring for the Seagulls.

1. Alexis Mac Allister (BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION vs. Leicester City)

A brilliant team and individual performance in the second half was fittingly adorned with this 30-yard free kick into the top corner as Alexis Mac Allister got his second of the day, having earlier seen an even better strike harshly ruled out for offside following a VAR review.

2. Ivan Toney (BRENTFORD vs. Leeds United)

Ivan Toney scored the only hat-trick of the gameweek, and his second goal was the pick of the bunch as he also picked out the top corner with a free kick from range.

3. Philip Billing (Nottingham Forest vs. BOURNEMOUTH)

Completing a long-range trio at the top of this week's goal of the week charts, Philip Billing sparked a memorable comeback from 2-0 down for Bournemouth with his piledriver from 30 yards out - a strike which could have finished top of the list in any other week.

4. Leon Bailey (ASTON VILLA vs. Manchester City)

A goal of top quality as Leon Bailey swept his finish past Ederson and into the top corner, and also one of huge importance as out-of-form Aston Villa earned a point against the champions Manchester City at Villa Park.

5. Aleksandar Mitrovic (Tottenham Hotspur vs. FULHAM)

The free-scoring Aleksandar Mitrovic has already shown that he is capable of scoring all sorts of goals, and this one against Tottenham was a beauty as he curled it into the top corner to give Fulham some late hope.

6. Luis Sinisterra (Brentford vs. LEEDS UNITED)

It was a day to forget for Leeds at Brentford, and mostly for Luis Sinisterra on an individual level too as he gave away the penalty which opened the scoring, although he more than made up for that by showing shades of Gazza with this flick over the defender's head and finish.

7. Dominic Solanke (Nottingham Forest vs. BOURNEMOUTH)

A bicycle kick is essentially a free pass into any goal of the week countdown, and usually they would be higher up than this too, but Dominic Solanke's innovative and acrobatic effort took a deflection on the way through and was not the prettiest overhead kick you will ever see.
