Team News: Dale Carrick missing for Hearts against Aberdeen

Hearts leave out teenager Dale Carrick for their Scottish Premiership clash with Aberdeen.

Hearts have left out teenage striker Dale Carrick for the visit of Aberdeen to Tynecastle in the Scottish Premiership.

The Edinburgh club will be without Ryan Stevenson, who is sidelined with a long-term knee injury.

Aberdeen turn to former Manchester City keeper Nicky Weaver as first-choice stopper Jamie Langfield is suspended after his sending-off at Celtic Park last weekend.

Knee injuries continue to sideline Dons midfielders Barry Robson and Chris Clark, while Andrew Considine, who is still recovering from a broken leg, is named among the substitutes for the visitors.

Hearts: Macdonald; McGowan, McKay, Wilson, McHattie; Hamill, Robinson; Walker, Holt, B.King; Paterson

Aberdeen: Weaver, Shaughnessy, Hector, Reynolds, Robertson, Hayes, Flood, Jack, Pawlett, McGinn, Vernon
