Everton boss Roberto Martinez has named an unchanged team from the 3-0 win over Newcastle United on Tuesday night as his side travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham.

Romelu Lukaku will lead the line for the Toffees, with Ross Barkley and Gerard Deulofeu expected to provide support.

John Stones continues to deputise in the centre of defence alongside veteran Sylvain Distin.

Meanwhile, Fulham boss Felix Magath starts with youngster Moussa Dembele up front, with Lewis Holtby in behind the forward.

Steve Sidwell starts in central midfield, while Brede Hangeland partners former Everton man John Heitinga at the back.
