Jose Mourinho got his new reign as Chelsea manager off to a winning start on Sunday with a 2-0 victory over Hull City in the Premier League.
Oscar and Frank Lampard scored the goals at Stamford Bridge as the Blues secured the three points in style.
Meanwhile, Hull will take some positives from a spirited second-half display, but the damage was done during the opening 45 minutes.

Was the result fair?
Without doubt, this was one of the most one-sided matches you will see this season. Chelsea were utterly dominant throughout much of the 90 minutes, while Hull only threatened briefly during the second half. The home side were buoyed by the presence of Jose Mourinho on the touchline, and they responded to his return with a confident display.
Chelsea's performance
There was real style about Chelsea's play: incisive but with plenty of flair. Everyone wanted to get involved in attack and some of the moves and link-up play cut Hull to pieces. Meanwhile, it was more of the same at the back as the defence never looked nervy. There is still a long way to go this season, but Chelsea fans are sure to be licking their collective lips over that showing.
Hull's performance
Steve Bruce will be having nightmares about his side's first-half display as they struggled to get out of their own half. They looked scared of the opposition and were duly punished by conceding two quick goals. However, there was a huge improvement after the break thanks to the introduction of Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore off the bench. Hull started to show some adventure going forward and will feel like they should have had a goal for their troubles.
Sports Mole's man of the match
Kevin De Bruyne: The Belgian youngster looks to be a very exciting prospect indeed. Never afraid to take on the Hull defence, De Bruyne showed some wonderful skill to create himself space while also playing in others. Fans invariably love players who are not afraid to have a go, and De Bruyne did plenty of that.
Biggest gaffe
While Frank Lampard's free kick for Chelsea's second goal was a spectacular strike, Hull goalkeeper Allan McGregor will feel like he should have dealt with it better. The ball swerved and dipped, but the Scot made a poor attempt to keep it out.
Referee performance
Jon Moss had a relatively quite afternoon in the middle, almost keeping his cards in his pocket for the whole 90 minutes. He did his best to allow the game to flow and that made for a fluid match.
What next?
Chelsea: The simple matter of a trip to Manchester United in the league next Monday.
Hull: The Tigers return to league action on Saturday when they host Norwich City at the KC Stadium.
