Team News: Diego Fabbrini drops out for Birmingham City

A broken nose keeps Diego Fabbrini out of Birmingham City's clash away at Bournemouth.

Birmingham City will have to make do without the services of Diego Fabbrini for today's trip to promotion candidates Bournemouth.

The Italian, who is on loan from Watford, suffered a broken nose in training yesterday morning and is expected to undergo surgery in the near future.

Paul Robinson has replaced him, while David Davis and Lloyd Dyer have come in to bolster the midfield.

As for the home side, manager Eddie Howe has made one alteration, which has seen Yann Kermorgant replace Brett Pitman up front.

Bournemouth: Boruc; Francis, Cook, Elphick, Daniels; Ritchie, Surman, Arter, Fraser; Kermorgant, Wilson

Birmingham: Randolph; Caddis, Morrison, Robinson, Grounds; Davis, Tesche, Cotterill, Shinnie, Dyer; Donaldson
