Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Saturday's La Liga clash with Elche.

Barcelona manager Xavi is expected to make changes to his starting side for Saturday's La Liga contest with Elche at Camp Nou.

The Catalan outfit have won their last four La Liga matches, including a 4-0 success over Cadiz last weekend, but they will enter this clash off the back of a 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

Barcelona currently have a fully-fit squad, with the team suffering no issues against Bayern, while Xavi's decision to leave Sergi Roberto and Pablo Torre out of the squad against the Bundesliga champions was due to tactical reasons.

There are likely to be alterations from the side that took to the field for the first whistle on Wednesday, though, with Xavi looking to freshen his team.

Hector Bellerin and Alejandro Balde could come into the back four, with Jules Kounde potentially moving into a centre-back role, while Frenkie de Jong might take the place of Gavi in central midfield.

Ousmane Dembele and Robert Lewandowski are again likely to continue in the final third of the field, but Raphinha could drop out, with Ferran Torres potentially coming in for a start.

There are plenty of other options for change, with Eric Garcia, Ansu Fati and Franck Kessie also looking to force their way into the XI for this game.

Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba are again likely to be on the bench, though, with the experienced duo no longer considered to be certain starters for Barcelona.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Bellerin, Araujo, Kounde, Balde; De Jong, Busquets, Pedri; F Torres, Lewandowski, Dembele
