Barcelona B too strong for Real Mallorca

Barcelona B pick up a 2-1 victory over Mallorca at the Ibero Star stadium in the Segunda Division.

Barcelona B have defeated Real Mallorca 2-1 at the Ibero Star Stadium in the Spanish Segunda Division.

Sandro Ramirez fired the hosts ahead with just 11 minutes on the clock, after goalkeeper Dudu Aouate was dismissed for the Barralets.

Javier Espinosa added a second just nine minutes later to add to Mallorca's misery, although Barcelona failed to extend their lead.

Iriney was also shown a red card for the visiting side, but it was they who were to score the game's third goal, courtesy of Kevin Garcia Martinez.

The victory lifts Barcelona B into 10th position in the table.
