Out-of-favour Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski has reiterated his desire to quit the club.
Podolski has started just once for the Gunners this season - a League Cup defeat to Southampton in September - and the 29-year-old hinted of a move away on Tuesday.
The Germany international, whose contract expires in 2016, has now spoken of his frustration over a lack of first-team chances once again.
"I've spent the last four months making brief appearances," he told reporters. "I've had to wrap myself up warm in my winter coat with my hat and scarf on to watch the others playing.
"I would rather show Arsenal what I am capable of but this chance to show what I can do is not being given to me.
"I want to play football for many years to come so am I meant just to say everything is fine and sit my contract out?"
On Thursday, Germany boss Joachim Low urged Podolski to assess his future in North London and warned that his place at international level is in jeopardy.
