Wojciech Szczesny praises "incredible" Costa ahead of Chelsea, Arsenal clash

Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny praises the "incredible" Diego Costa ahead of the Gunners' trip to Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has praised the "incredible" Diego Costa ahead of their Premier League clash with Chelsea this weekend.

Costa has netted eight times in his first six Premier League games since arriving at Stamford Bridge this summer, and Szczesny has revealed that there is a respect for the Spain international in the Arsenal camp.

"Costa is incredible," Szczesny is quoted as saying by London 24. "His partnership with Cesc Fabregas and Eden Hazard has been incredible and, at the moment, he's looking as dangerous as any striker in the world.

"We've got huge respect for him and we know how dangerous he is. We want to be the first team to stop him from scoring - if we are the first team! I think he's scored in most games so it'll be a tough test.

"At the moment [Chelsea] are as good as you will get in Europe. They score goals and they've always defended very well so it'll be a very tough test but it's one that we're looking forward to."

Meanwhile, Szczesny's opposite number Thibaut Cortois is out for bragging rights in his first London derby.
