Sabine Lisicki relishing "dream" Wimbledon final

Germany's Sabine Lisicki says that it will be a dream to play in the final at Wimbledon tomorrow.

Sabine Lisicki has admitted that she has been dreaming about playing in the Wimbledon final since she was a child.

The German will compete in her first Grand Slam final at SW19 tomorrow, having beaten fourth seed Agnieszka Radwanska in the semi-finals.

"It's something I've been dreaming about since I was a little girl. I just can't wait to play Saturday," Sky Sports News quotes the 23-year-old as saying.

"The first time I came to Wimbledon I fell in love with it. It was the place I always wanted to play at. It was always a dream to play on the centre court and win the tournament."

She faces 2007 runner-up Marion Bartoli in the final.
