Andy Murray and Tim Henman will take part in a doubles tournament to raise money for the hospital treatment of British tennis player Ross Hutchins.

Andy Murray and Tim Henman have announced that they will play in a doubles match later this year to raise funds for the hospital treating Ross Hutchins.

The 28-year-old British tennis player was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma last year, and recently began a six-month course of chemotherapy at the Royal Marsden hospital.

Murray said in a statement: "As soon as Ross starting talking about the idea, I knew I wanted to get involved. We want to make it a day to remember, so we are talking to a few celebrities, who love their tennis, about coming down and getting involved on the day.

"I'm looking forward to helping raise as much money and awareness as possible so the charity can continue the amazing work it does, which I've heard all about through Ross."

The 'Rally Against Cancer' event will take place on the final day of the AEGON Championships at Queen's on June 16, with a portion of the ticket sales from the tournament going to charity.
